Great service from Jason (sales manager) and James (manager). I have bought two new Subarus from Mylchreests over the past two years, prompted by the excellent service they had previously given my son, who had problems with a much older vehicle. On a small Island, after-sales service is the overwhelming consideration when purchasing a new vehicle. Jason came out to my home twice, to deal with a pressing problem during lockdown, and has also polished out small superficial scratches at the dealership, free of charge, on a number of occasions. I purchased my last vehicle during lockdown and Jason made this a smooth and efficient process, from start to finish. I cannot recommend this facility sufficiently highly to my colleagues.
Mylcreests were more than helpful in trying to solve my problem, but I was more than disappointed that I can not get Sygic maps on my screen via Mirrorlink
Excellent, true customer service. Was changing my Lexus RH 450 and wanted a slightly smaller SUV. Also wanted a smaller “local” type dealership. Hugely glad I did, Mylchreests have been excellent throughout the process. I am beyond delighted with the XV - couldn’t have chosen better, absolutely love it.
